Special heat treatment for secondary strengthening is carried out on special steel pipes (such as core pipe steel, etc.), significantly improving the torsional bearing capacity of the drill pipe. All the key strips of JM drill pipes are made of high-strength, fully high-quality alloy structural steel, and undergo comprehensive strengthening treatment. The inner key adopts an integral arc-shaped plate structure, significantly improving the wear resistance and lifespan of the inner and outer key strips, thereby reducing the failure rate and maintenance of the drill pipe. We also make reasonable pipe system configurations to maximize the thickness of the drill pipe key strips and the wall thickness of the steel pipe, enhancing the torque transmission and pressure drilling capabilities of the drill pipe, and reducing the occurrence of problems such as stuck rods, bent rods, and rolled keys.
