To further enhance team cohesion and create a positive corporate culture, Xuzhou Jiuman Machinery Co., Ltd. organized an outdoor team-building activity for all employees in March 2024. It allowed everyone to temporarily step away from busy work in the spring, relax and unite in nature, and strive together with more enthusiasm.
With mild spring weather and vibrant scenery, it was a perfect time for an outdoor activity. On the day of the team-building, employees set off with great anticipation, and laughter filled the journey, quickly narrowing the distance between each other. After arriving at the scenic outdoor park, everyone first took a group photo to capture the warm moment—on the bright red banner, the words “Team Building of Xuzhou Jiuman Machinery Co., Ltd.” were eye-catching, and the slogan below, “Collective Action, Unity and Collaboration, High Quality and Efficiency, Surpass Dreams”, not only demonstrated the company’s emphasis on team building but also conveyed the spirit of unity and striving of all employees.
During the activity, a series of carefully designed team interaction sessions pushed the atmosphere to a climax. From fun group competitions to collaborative collective tasks, employees leveraged their strengths and cooperated closely: experienced old employees actively shared skills, while newly hired staff enthusiastically contributed ideas. Everyone brainstormed and went all out for common goals. In challenging projects, the team worked as one, truly experiencing the power of “unity and collaboration”; during relaxed conversations, work insights and life anecdotes flowed in the spring atmosphere, and the sense of distance caused by different divisions gradually disappeared, replaced by family-like harmony and closeness.
In addition, employees strolled through the park together, enjoying the beautiful spring flowers and feeling the beauty of nature. Many employees said that such team-building not only released pressure in the busy production rhythm but also made them integrate into the team more deeply.
